1. Its Honesty
The Bible is painfully honest. It shows Jacob, the father of its "chosen people," to be a deceiver. It describes Moses, the lawgiver, as an insecure, reluctant leader, who, in his first attempt to come to the aid of his own people, killed a man, and then ran for life to the desert. It portrays David not only as Israel's most loved king, general, and spiritual leader, but as one who took another man's wife and then, to cover his own sin, conspired to have her husband killed. At one point, the Scriptures accuse the people of God, the nation of Israel, as being so bad they made Sodom and Gomorrah look good by comparison ( Ezekiel 16:46-52). The Bible represents human nature as hostile to God. It predicts a future full of trouble. It teaches that the road to heaven is narrow and the way to hell is wide. Scripture was clearly not written for those who want simple answers or an easy, optimistic view of religion and human nature.
2. Its Preservation
Just as the modern state of Israel was emerging from thousands of years of dispersion, a bedouin shepherd discovered one of the most important archeological treasures of our time. In a cave of the northwest rim of the Dead Sea, a broken jar yielded documents that had been hidden for two millennia. Additional finds produced manuscripts that predated previous oldest copies by 1,000 years. One of the most important was a copy of Isaiah. It revealed a document that is essentially the same as the book of Isaiah that appears in our own Bibles. The Dead Sea scrolls emerged from the dust like a symbolic handshake to a nation coming home. They discredited the claims of those who believed that the original Bible had been lost to time and tampering.
3. Its Claims For Itself
It's important to know what the Bible says about itself. If the authors of Scripture had not claimed to speak for God, it would be presumptuous for us to make that claim for them. We would also have a different kind of problem. We would have a collection of unsolved mysteries, embodied in historical and ethical literature. But we would not have a book that has inspired the building of countless churches and synagogues all over the world. A Bible that did not claim to speak on behalf of God would not have become foundational to the faith of hundreds of millions of Christians and Jews (2 Peter 1:16-21). But with much supporting evidence and argument, the Bible's authors did claim to be inspired by God. Because millions have staked their present and eternal well-being on those claims, the Bible cannot be a good book if its authors consistently lied about their source of information.
4. Its Miracles
Israel's exodus from Egypt provided a historical basis for believing that God revealed Himself to Israel. If the Red Sea did not part as Moses said it did, the Old Testament loses its authority to speak on behalf of God. The New Testament is just as dependent upon miracles. If Jesus did not rise bodily from the dead, the apostle Paul admits that the Christian faith is built on a lie (1 Corinthians 15:14-17). To show its credibility, the New Testament names its witnesses, and did so within a time-frame that enabled those claims to be tested (1 Corinthians 15:1-8). Many of the witnesses ended up as martyrs, not for abstract moral or spiritual convictions but for their claim that Jesus had risen from the dead. While martyrdom is not unusual, the basis on which these people gave their lives is what's important. Many have died for what they believed to be the truth. But people do not die for what they know to be a lie.
5. Its Unity
Forty different authors writing over a period of 1,600 years penned the 66 books of the Bible. Four hundred silent years separated the 39 books of the Old Testament from the 27 of the New Testament. Yet, from Genesis to Revelation, they tell one unfolding story. Together they give consistent answers to the most important questions we can ask: Why are we here? How can we come to terms with our fears? How can we get along? How can we rise above our circumstances and keep hope alive? How can we make peace with our Maker? The Bible's consistent answers to these questions show that the Scriptures are not many books but one.
6. Its Historical And Geographical Accuracy
Down through the ages, many have doubted the historical and geographical accuracy of the Bible. Yet modern archeologists have repeatedly unearthed evidence of the people, places, and cultures described in the Scriptures. Time after time, the descriptions in the biblical record have been shown to be more reliable than the speculations of scholars. The modern visitor to the museums and lands of the Bible cannot help but come away impressed with the real geographical and historical backdrop of the biblical text.
7. Its Endorsement By Christ
Many have spoken well of the Bible, but no endorsement is as compelling as that of Jesus of Nazareth. He recommended the Bible not only by His words but by His life. In times of personal temptation, public teaching, and personal suffering, He made it clear that He believed the Old Testament Scriptures were more than a national tradition ( Matthew 4:1-11; 5:17-19). He believed the Bible was a book about Himself. To His countrymen He said, "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life" (John 5:39-40).
8. Its Prophetic Accuracy
From the days of Moses, the Bible predicted events no one wanted to believe. Before Israel went into the Promised Land, Moses predicted that Israel would be unfaithful, that she would lose the land God was giving her, and that she would be dispersed throughout all the world, regathered, and then re-established ( (Deuteronomy 28-31). Central to Old Testament prophecy was the promise of a Messiah who would save God's people from their sins and eventually bring judgment and peace to the whole world.
9. Its Survival
The books of Moses were written 500 years before the earliest Hindu Scriptures. Moses wrote Genesis 2,000 years before Muhammad penned the Koran. During that long history, no other book has been as loved or as hated as the Bible. No other book has been so consistently bought, studied, and quoted as this book. While millions of other titles come and go, the Bible is still the book by which all other books are measured. While often ignored by those who are uncomfortable with its teachings, it is still the central book of Western civilization.
10. Its Power To Change Lives
Unbelievers often point to those who claim to believe in the Bible without being changed by it. But history is also marked by those who have been bettered by this book. The Ten Commandments have been a source of moral direction to countless numbers of people. The Psalms of David have offered comfort in times of trouble and loss. Jesus' Sermon on the Mount has given millions an antidote for stubborn pride and proud legalism. Paul's description of love in 1 Corinthians 13 has softened angry hearts. The changed lives of people like the apostle Paul, Augustine, Martin Luther, John Newton, Leo Tolstoy, and C. S. Lewis illustrate the difference the Bible can make. Even entire nations or tribes, like the Celts of Ireland, the wild Vikings of Norway, or the Auca Indians of Ecuador have been transformed by the Word of God and the unprecedented life and significance of Jesus Christ.

Coming Together

Acts 2:41-4741 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.Togetherness was important to the early church. The book of Acts uses the word together thirty-two times. Assemble or some derivative is used in seven places. The writer of Hebrews encourages us not to forsake the assembling of the saints. (Hebrews 10:25) Togetherness is an important aspect of the church. This togetherness or fellowship is God's plan for the church. The beloved disciple wrote of this so eloquently, "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ." (1 John 1:3) We share the gospel with others so that they can fellowship or come together with us because our togetherness is with the Lord. We come together so others can come together with us and we can all be together with God.There is definitely something about being with other believers - growing together, experiencing life, and aiding one another that is unique about the church. The church is not an exclusive country club designed just for members. It is not a charity designed just for non-members. It is something in between. It is family - family that lifts up those in it and embraces new people with love hoping they can be part of it.I love my church. I lived a good chunk of my Christian adult life away from church. Boy what a fool I was. I missed so much. If you're not faithfully attending a church somewhere, find one in your community. Books and e-mails are cheap imitations for the joys and strengths you'll find in a real life fellowship.I'll leave you with an old illustration I've seen or heard many times before.A churchgoer wrote a letter to the editor of the newspaper and complained that it made no sense to go to church every Sunday. "I've gone for 30 years now," he wrote, "and in that time I have heard something like 3,000 sermons. But for the life of me, I can't remember a single one of them. So I think I'm wasting my time and the pastors are wasting theirs by giving sermons at all."This started a real controversy in the "Letters to the Editor" column, much to the delight of the editor. It went on for weeks until someone wrote this clincher:"I've been married for 30 years now. In that time, my wife has cooked some 32,000 meals. But for the life of me, I cannot recall the entire menu for a single one of those meals. But I do know this: They all nourished me and gave me the strength I needed to do my work. If my wife had not given me these meals, I would be physically dead today. Likewise, if I had not gone to church for nourishment, I would be spiritually dead today!"

The New World Order

The New World Order as envisioned by the Elite is hardly a recent undertaking. Theirs is a philosophy rooted in ancient occult traditions. Success is near, and the infiltration of society by New Age occultism is the reason for this success. The New World Order has never been solely about world government, rather, from the beginning its proponents have been privy to secret doctrines and it is a spiritual plan more than anything.
If one failed to take into account the occult nature of the New World Order, they would be remiss. The UN and the New Age have been bed-fellows since the beginning. America's secret destiny is the product of Rosicrucian and Freemason forefathers. The New Atlantis as proposed in Francis Bacon's work is almost at hand. The Ancient Mysteries are being studied for illumination and enlightenment by the New World Order's elite. Not to mention the New Age gurus — dutifully recruiting on behalf of the Secret Brotherhood.
In 1980, Marylin Ferguson compiled and espoused a synthesis involving the theories of transformation and the secret plan of the Aquarian Age. In her studies of the scientific advancements of this age involving entropy and syntropy, holism, holographs, paradigm shifts, the uncertainty principle and evolution, she discovered that, "for the first time an American renaissance is taking place in all disciplines, breaking the boundaries between them, transforming them at their farthest reaches—where they all converge." ( The Aquarian Conspiracy p.12)
Speaking of the networks and web of influence, Ferguson proclaimed: "There are legions of conspirators... in corporations, universities, hospitals, on the faculties of public schools, in factories, in doctors' offices, in state and federal agencies, on city councils and the White House staff, in state organizations, in virtually all arenas of policy making in the country [U.S.]...[including] at the cabinet level of the United States Government." (ibid. p.24) However, other New Age proponents said that this is innacurate, in that she had understated the influence of the New Age worldwide, especially in the UN and the EEC.
It is no coincidence that America has become the center of New Age and New World Order conspiracies. The Theosophical and Rosicrucian traditions hold that every nation has a spiritual destiny guided by a hierarchy of beings using all ethical (or un-ethical) means of manifesting the "divine plan" through the will of the nation's leaders.
A proponent of the New Age and the Secret Brotherhood's plan for a New World Order is Robert Hieronimus. In his book America's Secret Destiny, he traced the spiritual vision of America's founding fathers and the plan's eventual fruition in what we call the New World Order and the New Age Movement (both of which are synonymous). He stresses that the founding fathers of America had the equivalent of "Masters" and were pupils in a sense, much like today's powerful Elite have Masters and Gurus, following the teachings of the Great Plan.
According to the Rosicrucians and Theosophists, supporting the divine plan are great beings refered to as masters of the physical and spiritual planes. The evolution of America owes much to the seed thoughts of four masters—Kuthumi, El Morya, Rogoczy, and Djwhal Khul. Some of the founders of America may have been consciously or unconsciously students of these teachers, just as some contemporary Americans are pupils of these masters. In fact, the motto of the heirarchy of world teachers is identical with America's destiny—the brotherhood of man and the Fatherhood of God. (p. 95)
Another writer, from the opposite camp, confirms the assertions of Heironimus. Willy Peterson writes:
In order to reach their aims of world unity and thus engage the whole world in service to the Plan, "enlightened" Freemasons and New Agers have been pushing for collectivist motifs that promote monistic pantheism and unity. This is why the chief instigators to the globalist League of Nations and the United Nations have been Theosophists, trying to work out the plan. This is why the verbiage and aims at the U.N. is for world peace and brotherhood. It is a spiritual undertaking in a secular world. Lucis Trust has had three think-tanks located at the U.N. Plaza in New York for around fifty years. No wonder the former Assistant Secretary General to the U.N., Robert Muller, is a devoted disciple of Alice Bailey, whose book, A Treatise on White Magic, forms the basis for the Robert Muller schools. These people are called the torchbearers or lightbearers of the New World Order. A spiritual plan that has been traced to the time of Nimrod and the Tower of Babel, up through to the Illuminati and onwards. "A loosely-knit world conspiracy," David Allen Lewis writes, "a so called Network of Illuminists." "Whether the Illuminati has one special organization that is its orginal descendant... we can be very sure that its philosophical torchbearers are represented by literally hundreds of organizations and individuals in many diverse realms." A Blueprint For Destiny
Robert Heironomus says that "America's Great Seal may be seen as a blueprint for the elevation of consciousness. It says, in part, that we must transform ourselves before we can change the world, and that it is during the process of self-transformation that we can catch a glimpse of what part we are to play in national and global transformation."
The mandala of the New World Order and Illuminati control. "Annuit Coeptis—He has Blessed our Beginning", "Novus Ordo Seclorum—New Order of the Ages". The All-Seeing Eye of Horus, the resurrected Egyptian Sun God, biblically refered to as Lucifer, the angel of light.
In occult doctrine it is thought that "from the union of spirit and matter (the pyramid is made of stone, rock, and earth—and represents the unconscious. The capstone is made of an immaterial substance—light or spirit—and is conscious), a new being—a transformed being—is created. The seal's reverse depicts a separation state in the separation of the eye the triangle."
"The pyramid exemplifies the initiation stage,... it is the house of initiation, in which the candidate confronts the world of darkness and enters the world of spirit. By passing the tests of the elements, the candidate is initiated into the realm of higher consciousness." (Heironimus ibid., p.92) After succesfully completing the initiation process, the candidate is reborn, and joins the single eye in the pyramid.
The New World Order, or rather the philosophy its deliverers hold to be true, is one and the same as the New Age ideal of man's divinity and self-transformation. In order to partake in this gnostic fufillment of "The Great Plan" one must awaken to the original sin of Lucifer, as proposed to Eve in the Garden of Eden, that "we can be as Gods." (Gen. 3:5) So it is not suprising to find that Christians, specifically, are cited as the main obstacle hindering the success of this New Age-New World Order.
The reason for this, is the New Age belief in many "saviors" and "enlightened teachers", masters and gurus—its all good and fine when the goal is the false teaching of man's divinity. The New Agers see many ways to salvation; Christians proclaim that there is only one Way - Jesus Christ. "For the gate is small, and narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it." (Matt. 7:14) The Bible states that this is in reality the "broad way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter it." (Matt. 7:13) Therefore, the only religion not compatible with The New Age, and hence the coming New World Order, is the belief and strict adherence in the Word God – with traditional Christianity being looked upon as particularly pernicious.
In Dark Secrets of the New Age, Texe Marrs wrote:
The New Age is a universal open-arms religion that excludes from its ranks only those who believe in Jesus Christ and a Personal God. Buddhists, Shintoist, Satanists, Secular Humanists, witches, witch doctors and shamans — All who reject Christianity are invited to become trusted members of the New Age family. Worshippers of separate faiths and denominations are to be unified in a common purpose: THE GLORIFICATION OF MAN.
The Guardians of the Mysteries
Freemasonry, by its own accord, practices the ancient mysteries of Egypt, and has as a primary goal, the re-instatement of this mystery religion for the coming World Order.
The magical mystery religion of Ancient Egypt exercised a great fascination over Renaissance man, which was incorporated into—the newly formed—Lodges at that time. The mysterious heiroglyphs were considered to be symbols of hidden knowledge. Symbols and gestures became a means of conveying secrets and "truths". The cosmos was seen as an organic unity. It was peopled by a hierarchy of spirits which exercised all kinds of influences and sympathies. The practice of magic became a holy quest.
Back in 1927, Freemason W.L. Wilmhurst saw the dawning of the Aquarian Age as the fufillment of the "Plan". In The Meaning of Masonry, p.4, he writes:
In this new Aquarian age, when many individuals and groups are working in various ways for the eventual restoration of the mysteries, an increasing number of aspirants are beginning to recognize that Freemasonry may well be the vehicle for this achievement
He would be well proud, I'm sure, of today's mainstream acceptance of those very same occult mysteries. Another passage on page 46-47, proves the teaching of Freemasonry is the same as New Age beliefs:
He begins his Masonic career as the natural man; he ends it by becoming through its discipline, a regenerated man... This the evolution of man into superman—was always the purpose of the ancient Mysteries, and the real purpose of modern Masonry is, not the social and charitable purposes to which so much attention is paid, but the expediting of the spiritual evolution of those who aspire to perfect their own nature and transform it into a more god-like quality.
Freemasonry, through its mysteries, will soon usher in a New World Religion for the New World Order. A modern day Tower of Babel and the ultimate unification of the world's religions. The New Age welcomes these goals and looks to the "light" of Masonry as its esoteric basis for occult initiation into the New World Order. Benjamin Creme writes:
The New Religion will manifest, for instance,through organizations like Masonry. In Freemasonry is embedded the core or the secret heart of the occult mysteries, wrapped up on number, metaphor and symbol...
(The Reappearance of the Christ and the Masters of Wisdom p.87)
Freemason and co-founder of Lucifer Publishing Company (now called Lucis Trust), Foster Bailey, concurs, "Is it not possible from a contemplation of this side of Masonic teaching that it may provide all that is necessary for the formulation of a universal religion?"(The Spirit of Masonry p.113) Foster Bailey states that Masonry "is the descendant of, or is founded upon, a divinely imparted religion..." This religion he explains, "...was the first United World Religion. Then came the era of separation of many religions and sectarianism. Today we are working again towards a World Universal Religion." (ibid p.31)
To biblical students these are shocking admissions and it adds fuel to the charge of a Masonic Antichrist in our midst. "It is these Mysteries which Christ will restore upon His reapearance," Alice Bailey reveals, "thus reviving the churches in a new form, and restoring the hidden Mystery." (The Reappearance of the Christ, p. 122) Bailey is giving these "revelations" by her channeled Master Djwhal Khul — a disembodied "Ascended Master". Her "Christ" is indeed the Antichrist in the strictest sense of the word. Antichrist means substitute for or in place of Christ. She goes on to say that "These ancient Mysteries were originally given to humanity by the Hierarchy [of which Djwhal Khul is a part of] and contain the entire clue to the evolutionary process, hidden in numbers, in ritual, in words and in symbols; these veil the secret of man's origin and destiny, picturing to him in rite and ritual, the long, long path which he must tread, back into the light." (ibid, p.121-22)
So what do we have here:
The New Age tells its disciples that they are working for the Hierarchy.
The teachings of the New Age are giving by the Hierarchy.
The movement for the installement of the Antichrist is giving the go-ahead by the Hierarchy — Djwhal Khul's number one message for New Age disciples is "prepare men for the reappearance of the Christ. This is your first duty." (The Externalization of the Hierarchy, p.614)
The Ancient Mysteries, being practiced by both Freemasonry and the New Age, were giving to humanity by the Hierarchy.
The real purpose of Masonry — taught to man, from the Hierarchy — is the expediting of the spiritual evolution, to transform their nature into a god-like superman.
The Serpent caused the Fall in the Garden of Eden by giving Eve this very same message.
"Man is a god in the making. And as the mystic myths of Egypt, on the potter's wheel, he is being molded. When his light shines out to lift and preserve all things, he receives the triple crown of godhood." (Manly P. Hall, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry, p. 92)
"European mysticism was not dead at the time the United States of America was founded. The hand of the mysteries controlled in the establishment of the new government for the signature of the mysteries may still be seen on the Great Seal of the United states of America. Careful analysis of the seal discloses a mass of occult and masonic symbols chief among them, the so-called American Eagle. ... the American eagle upon the Great Seal is but a conventionalised phoenix..."

When God sets up his church in the Gentile wilderness, there shall be a great change, as if thorns and briers were turned into cedars, and fir-trees, and myrtles. These blessings are kept for the poor in spirit, who long for Divine enlightening, pardon, and holiness. And God will render their barren souls fruitful in the grace of his Spirit, that all who behold may consider it.

WARNINGS OF JUDGMENT UPON THOSE WHO PERSISTED IN EVIL. 48:16-22

The Holy Spirit qualifies for service; and those may speak boldly, whom God and his Spirit send. This is to be applied to Christ. He was sent, and he had the Spirit without measure. Whom God redeems, he teaches; he teaches to profit by affliction, and then makes them partakers of his holiness. Also, by his grace he leads them in the way of duty; and by his providence he leads in the way of deliverance. God did not afflict them willingly. If their sins had not turned them away, their peace should have been always flowing and abundant. Spiritual enjoyments are ever joined with holiness of life and regard to God's will. It will make the misery of the disobedient the more painful, to think how happy they might have been. And here is assurance given of salvation out of captivity. Those whom God designs to bring home to himself, he will take care of, that they want not for their journey. This is applicable to the grace laid up for us in Jesus Christ, from whom all good flows to us, as the water to Israel out of the rock, for that Rock was Christ. The spiritual blessings of redemption, and the rescue of the church from antichristian tyranny, are here pointed to. But whatever changes take place, the Lord warned impenitent sinners that no good would come to them; that inward anguish and outward trouble, which spring from guilt and from the Divine wrath, must be their portion for ever.

Those who are beloved of Christ, will love the brethren for his sake. Soul prosperity is the greatest blessing on this side heaven. Grace and health are rich companions. Grace will employ health. A rich soul may be lodged in a weak body; and grace must then be exercised in submitting to such a dispensation. But we may wish and pray that those who have prosperous souls, may have healthful bodies; that their grace may shine where there is still more room for activity. How many

True faith will work by love. A good report is due from those who receive good; they could not but testify to the church, what they found and felt. We do that by presenting everything single thing unto Him then he will be able to use us in one's own talents and tresures - to Him, We, then hold loosely all that we have yeilded to Him, God uses us as His intruments to carry all messages to others in word and in action. It's our actions the the world sees in us then to decide for one self if what we have that they come to follow deeply inside themselves . We are ambassadors for God

"Now then we are ambassadors for Christ." 2 Corinthians 5:20 "Now then we are ambassadors for Christ" (2 Corinthians 5: 20). Every Christian is a royal ambassador for the King of Kings. He must live up to the highcalling of his office. An ambassador is appointed by the governmental head of a country. "Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you,that ye should go and bring forth fruit" (John 15:16). Astounding that God should choose such ordinary individuals as we are to be His ambassadors. Whatdignity! Ambassadors are sent to a foreign, often unfriendly, country. "As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you" (John 20:21). Travelers in a foreign countrymust remember they are not at home and deserving of comfort. "This world is not my home, I'm just a passing through" is every Christian's theme song, forwe are "strangers and pilgrims" (1 Peter 2:11). It is essential that an ambassador be on good behavior. Christians are to "have a good report of them that are without" (1 Timothy 3:7). "To win some,you must be winsome." Ambassadors keep in close touch with their home country. "He that abideth in me and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit" (John 15:5). An ambassadorof God must be in daily communion with the Lord for fresh instructions. The ambassador is to reconcile and establish good relations between the peoples of the two lands. What an enormous undertaking for God's ambassadors tobeseech men "in Christ's stead" to be "reconciled to God" (2 Cor. 5:20). "The most gigantic undertaking God has laid out for the Christian is to lead lostsouls to Jesus Christ" (Scarborough) . The ambassador is confident and encouraged because he has the power and authority of his government behind him (Matthew28:19-20). We are to carry out the purpose and give the message for which we are sent. How was the Lord Jesus sent? "To seek and to save that which was lost" (Luke19:10). So must a good ambassador do "in Christ's stead" (2 Cor. 5:20), to whom Christ commits the "word of reconciliation" (v. 19).

I don't know how everybody else feels about it, but to me I think Hispanic people in this country, legally or illegally, made a huge public relations mistake with their recent demonstrations. I don't blame anybody in the world for wanting to come to the United States of America, as it is a truly wonderful place. But when the first thing you do when you set foot on American soil is illegal it is flat out wrong and I don't care how many lala land left heads come out of the woodwork and start trying to give me sensitivity lessons. I don' t need sensitivity lessons, in fact I don't have any-thing against Mexicans! I just have something against criminals and anybody who comes into this country illegally is a criminal and if you don't believe it try coming into America from a foreign country without a passport and see how far you get. What disturbs me about the demonstrations is that it's tanta-mount to saying, "I am going to come into your country even if it means breaking your laws and there's nothing you can do about it." It's an "in your face" action and speaking just for me, I don't like it one little bit and if there were a half dozen pairs of gonads in Washington bigger than English peas it wouldn't be happening. Where are you, you bunch of lily livered, pantywaist, forked tongued, sorry excuses for defenders of The Constitution?
Have you been drinking the water out of the Potomac again? And even if you pass a bill on immigration it will probably be so pork laden and watered down that it won't mean anything anyway. Besides, what good is another law going to do when you won't enforce the ones on the books now? And what ever happened to the polls, guys? I thought you folks were the quintessential finger wetters. Well you sure ain't paying any attention to the polls this time because somewhere around eighty percent of Americans want some thing done about this mess, and mess it is and getting bigger everyday. Do you honestly think that what happened in France with the Muslims can't happen here when the businesses who hire these people finally run out of jobs and a few million disillusioned Hispanics take to the streets? If you, Mr. President, Congressmen and Senators, knuckle under on this and refuse to do something meaningful it means that you care nothing for the kind of country your children and grand-children will inherit. But I guess that doesn't matter as long as you get re-elected. Shame on you. One of the big problems in America today is that if you have the nerve to say anything derogatory about any group of people (except Christians) you are going to be screamed at by the media and called a racist, a bigot and anything else they can think of to call you Well I've been pounded by the media before and I'm still rockin' and rollin' and when it comes to speaking the truth I fear not. And the truth is that the gutless, gonadless, milksop politicians are just about to sell out the United States of America because they don't have the intestinal fortitude to stand up to face reality. And reality is that we would never allow any other group of people to have 12 million illegal in this country and turn around and say, "Oh it's ok, ya'll can stay here if you'll just allow us to slap your wrist." And I know that some of you who read this column are saying "Well what's wrong with that?" I'll tell you what's wrong with it. These people could be from Mars as far as we know. We don't know who they are, where they are or what they're up to and the way the Congress is going we're not going to. Does this make sense? Labor force you say? We already subsidize corporate agriculture as it is, must we subsidize their labor as well? If these peo ple were from Haiti would we be so fast to turn a blind eye to them or if they were from Somalia or Afghanistan ? I think not. All the media shows us are pictures of hard working Hispanics who have crossed the border just to try to better their life. They don't show you pictures of the Feds rounding up members of MS 13, the violent gang who came across the same way the decent folks did. They don't tell you about the living conditions of the Mexican illegal some fat cat hired to pick his crop. I want to make two predictions. No. 1: This situation is going to grow and fester until it erupts in violence on our streets while the wimps in Washington drag their toes in the dirt and try to figure how many tons of political hay they can make to the acre. No 2: Somebody is going to cr oss that border with some kind of weapon of mass destruction and set it off in a major American city after which there will be a backlash such as this country has never experienced and the Capitol building in Washington will probably tilt as Congressmen and Senators rush to the other side of the issue.
I don't know about you but I would love to see just one major politician stand up and say, "I don't care who I make mad and I don't care how many votes I lose, this is a desperate situation and I'm going to lead the fight to get it straightened out." Yep! I passed it on... I'm sorry, but after hearing they want to sing OUR National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough! Nowhere did they sing it in Italian, Japanese, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German, Portuguese, Greek, French, or any other language because of immigration. It was written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the translation - not even close. Sorry if this offends anyone, but this is MY COUNTRY IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY, SPEAK UP! I am not against immigration - just come through like everyone else Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes; live by the rules; and LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past and GOD BLESS AMERICA! Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language! "In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women - on Christian principles - founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. It is Time for America to Speak up If you agree - pass this along; if you don't agree - delete it!

The Glory of Divine Service

There are several individuals in Scripture who are noted for serving God. In the rendering of service to the Most High God, and God working through them, most all of these individuals left behind something that was of great profit to men for generations to come. Only God can do something like this! In reconciling men back to Himself from sin and transgression and death, the God of Heaven used several of His servants to lay foundational thoughts, to assist men in making their recovery back to God from sin and from the snare of the Devil. The entrance of sin into the world left in its wake a bleak and desolate wasteland with regard to the knowledge of God. Sin caused men to have completely wrong thoughts and a wrong understanding of the Most High. Men had corrupted thoughts about serving God, about what pleases God, of coming back to God, and of what the Lord required for the doing of these things. "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one" (Rom. 3:10-12). In preparing fallen men for the blessed Savior who would, at the appointed time, come into the world, God the Father raised up servants who would restore pillars of right thinking about the Most High as a fruitage of the service and devotion that was being offered up to Him. The service that each of these notable men rendered to God would, by His own wisdom, assist men in readying themselves for the great salvation that He would be bringing through the Lord Jesus Christ, His Son. "My Servant Abraham" (Gen. 26:24). For example, God used Abraham to "sow" in the earth the heretofore revolutionary thought and understanding, that righteousness can be imputed to, or layed to the account of, men who believe "in the Lord" (cf. Gen. 15:1-6). In other words, God fully receives men, who had "sinned and come short of the glory of God" (Rom. 3:23-24) to Himself on the basis of their belief of His testimony, and not on the basis of what men are able to accomplish. Centuries later, the Apostle Paul would further develop this consideration for the people of God in the matter of their being justified by faith without the deeds of the law (Rom. 3, 4, 5). His epistle to the Romans commends to men in great detail the excellencies of this blessed reality. In one of the Apostle's many summary statements, he declares: "Now it was not written for his (Abraham's) sake alone, that it was imputed to him; but for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on Him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead" (Rom. 4:23-24). Moses, the Servant of God. (See I Chr. 6:49; II Chr. 24:9; Neh. 10:29; Ps. 90; Dan. 9:11; Rev. 15:3, plus many other Scriptures). God used His servant Moses to "sow" in the earth the law of God itself, and the understanding, in part at least, that God's law must be kept without spot and without error, if men are to be accepted of Him on the basis of what they have done. And as well the consideration that the law can only bring men up to a certain point in their understanding of the Most High. The law, it will be recalled, and the guilt-instilling understanding that it would impart to men, "was added because of transgressions" (Gal. 3:19). Moses himself, being, in type, a representantive of the Law of God in his own person, was not permitted to enter into the promised land (cf. Deut. 34; Num. 20:11-12). The law can assist men even today in considering the land of promise, and even enable them to peer into it to some degree, but it is absolutely powerless to enable men in the taking possession of it. Joshua, the son of Nun, "the servant of the Lord" (Josh. 24:29). Joshua is the Hebrew word for Jesus. He foreshadowed the Savior in his leadership of the people of God into the promised land, the land of Canaan being a type and a shadow of the world to come. Joshua, by his service rendered to God and the Lord working with him, "sowed" in the earth the understanding and knowledge that an appointed Leader, other than Moses, can and must lead God's people into the land of promise. This is certainly not to slander Moses, the man of God in any way, but as "the law was given by Moses," his name became synonymous with an approach unto God, in which men seek to find acceptance with God in their own strength and by their own wisdom and merit. The law was also a divinely appointed schoolmaster to bring men unto Christ, that they might be justified by faith (cf. Gal. 3:24-25). But it can only bring men unto Christ, and effectually show them their desperate need of Christ. It can in no wise take the place of Christ. And just as the Lord Jesus Christ is now bringing many sons unto glory (cf. Heb. 2:10), Joshua the son of Nun, foreshadowed the Lord Jesus Christ as "a leader and commander to the people" (Isa. 55:4), in his leadership of the children of Israel into the promised land. Caleb (Num. 14:24). Both Joshua and Caleb were used of God to sow in the earth the understanding that entrance into the world to come requires great courage, determination, and help that only God can give. Remember that it is written, "with many of them God was not well pleased" (I Cor. 10:5), Joshua and Caleb being excepted. Only these two believed the report that the spies brought back from Canaan, and only these two entered into the land of Canaan of that original number of Israelites. The service that both Caleb and Joshua rendered to God is indispensably instructive to men about the seriousness of believing God, seeking to please Him will all the heart, soul, mind, and strength. David (II Sam. 3:18, plus many other places). David, the sweet Psalmist of Israel (II Sam. 23:1). David, a man after God's own heart (I Sam. 13:14; Acts 13:22). David, a man ahead of his time. Many of his words commend to us his nearness to God and evidence that he had a grasp on many new covenant things (Ps. 16; Ps. 32:1-2; Ps. 103, etc.), while yet living under "the first covenant" (cf. Heb. 9:15, 18). David, by his service rendered to God, is instructive to men, persuading them that they can be near unto God as David was. David's life and devotion to God is also a testimony to God's lovingkindness and tender mercies. David was able to recover himself from the awful transgressions that He committed with Bathsheba and against Uriah the Hittite. He recovered himself by making an appeal to the multitude of God's tender mercies and to His lovingkindness, with which David was thoroughly acquainted. God chastened him sore for the remainder of his days for these grievous sins, but in His wrath He remembered mercy. And these thing were not written for David's sake alone, but rather to teach men about the marvelous ways of God. Paul (Tit. 1:1). God used Paul to sow in the earth the doctrine of justification by faith and the High Priesthood of Christ. He used this Apostle to the Gentiles to enable men to get a hold on these realities. Both Paul and David are, as it were, "case studies" on how that in wrath, God remembers mercy, in chastening, He is working the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them that are submissive thereunto, and in the simultaneous exercise of both severe judgment and tender mercies, God is vindicating His own glorious Name. Paul persecuted the church of God, and God "took it out his hide" for the remainder of Paul's life, even up until the time that he was "offered" (II Tim. 4:6) at Rome. But consider also how that Paul gloried, and even learned to take pleasure, in all of sufferings and afflictions for Christ's sake, and what marvelous things God worked through the blessed Apostle to the Gentiles (cf. II Cor. 12:7-10, Rom. 8:18). Consider what glorious revelations that were given to him, and what a blessed understanding that he, through the Holy Spirit, had of the Father and the Son. And consider, that in Paul's service to God, what a marvelous legacy that he was given to leave behind for us in his epistles, which were written mostly during times when he was imprisoned and chained in Rome's dungeons. I give thanks to the Lord for His servant, Paul the Apostle. I sense such a great indebtedness to this servant of God for what I have been given in Christ Jesus. But only God can work something like this. Thus, in the examples enumerated above, can be seen the great benefit and fruitage that proceeds from rendering service to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. The benefit went far beyond the borders of the persons mentioned above. With regard to serving God, self-benefit is certainly a valid involvement, but in the service rendered to God, the benefit extends far beyond the borders of self. Quick Chuckle

I was barely sitting down when I heard a voice from the other stall saying: "Hi, how are you?" I'm not the type to start a conversation in the men's restroom but I don't know what got into me, so I answered, somewhat embarrassed, "Doin' just fine!" And the other guy says: "So what are you up to?" What kind of question is that? At that point, I'm thinking this is too bizarre so I say: "Uhhh, I'm like you, just traveling!" At this point I am just trying to get out as fast as I can when I hear another question. "Can I come over?" Should your car break down, leaving you miles away from assistance; Think of the paraplegic who would love the opportunity to take that walk. Should you notice a new gray hair in the mirror; Think of the cancer patient in chemo who wishes she had hair to examine. Should you find yourself at a loss and pondering what is life all about, asking what is my purpose? Be thankful. There are those who didn't live long enough to get the opportunity. Putin Orders Russian Military Forces To Attack US Forces During Iran Invasion
Russian Military Analysts are reporting today that President Putin has issued orders to the Russian Interior Ministry to `immediately' dispatch Spetsnaz (Special Forces) troops to Iran to protect `vital' Russian assets, including the Bushehr Nuclear power plant.
These reports state that this order from President Putin to the Interior Ministry includes the phrase, "against any and all hostile forces", and which analysts state is a direct threat to US and Israeli Forces currently massing for their planned attack and invasion of Iran.
According to these reports, President Putin was `strongly' lobbied by Saudi Arabia to create a `buffer' against further US aggression in the Gulf Region, and which the Saudi King in his talks with President Putin this week stated his belief that the United States after attacking Iran would then set its sites upon his oil rich nation.
The fears of Saudi Arabia about an American takeover of their oil fields was further confirmed this week with the pronouncements of US Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns to end US oil purchases from Venezuela, and which would leave only the Saudi Kingdom able to make up the difference in lost oil to the Americans.
President Putin in his speech before the Munich Security Conference this past week further warned the United States against its planned military expansion, and as we can read:
"It is world in which there is one master, one sovereign. And at the end of the day this is pernicious not only for all those within this system, but also for the sovereign itself because it destroys itself from within.
And this certainly has nothing in common with democracy. Because, as you know, democracy is the power of the majority in light of the interests and opinions of the minority.
Incidentally, Russia – we – are constantly being taught about democracy. But for some reason those who teach us do not want to learn themselves.
I consider that the unipolar model is not only unacceptable but also impossible in today's world. And this is not only because if there was individual leadership in today's – and precisely in today's – world, then the military, political and economic resources would not suffice. What is even more important is that the model itself is flawed because at its basis there is and can be no moral foundations for modern civilisation.
Along with this, what is happening in today's world – and we just started to discuss this – is a tentative to introduce precisely this concept into international affairs, the concept of a unipolar world.
And with which results?
Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not resolved any problems. Moreover, they have caused new human tragedies and created new centres of tension. Judge for yourselves: wars as well as local and regional conflicts have not diminished. Mr Teltschik mentioned this very gently. And no less people perish in these conflicts – even more are dying than before. Significantly more, significantly more!
Today we are witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force – military force – in international relations, force that is plunging the world into an abyss of permanent conflicts. As a result we do not have sufficient strength to find a comprehensive solution to any one of these conflicts. Finding a political settlement also becomes impossible.
We are seeing a greater and greater disdain for the basic principles of international law. And independent legal norms are, as a matter of fact, coming increasingly closer to one state's legal system. One state and, of course, first and foremost the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way."
Virtually unknown to the American peoples themselves are that their Military Leaders plans do not call for a World based upon democratic ideals, but are instead based upon the ancient Roman model of establishing American based protectorates around the Globe to insure the survival of the United States against both Russia and China, and who their Defense Secretary recently warned the US Congress:
"We need the full range of military capabilities, " including ground combat forces to battle large armies and nimble special operations troops to scout out terrorist threats, Gates told the House Armed Services Committee. "We don't know what's going to develop in places like Russia and China, in North Korea, in Iran and elsewhere."
Russia has reacted harshly to the Americans by demanding an explanation for the stance being taken by their War Leaders, and as we can read:
"Moscow has demanded Washington's explanation of the U.S. defense secretary's Wednesday statement on uncertain prospects of developments in Russia, North Korea, Iran and China, a Russian foreign ministry spokesman said Monday.
Robert Gates said Wednesday the United States needs forces to combat big armies and special units to counter terrorism as he is unaware what may develop in such countries as Russia, North Korea, Iran and China."
Aside from the United States war zones, and where in Iraq, Afghanistan and Somalia the political control rests with powerful militias and warlords, the `model' the Americans are building for their allies is based solely on powerful dictators and not free and fair elections, and as we can see evidenced by: Egypt, and which is ruled by President for Life Mubarak; Pakistan, ruled by Military Dictator Mushaffaf; Jordan, ruled by King; Saudi Arabia, ruled by King; Gulf States, all ruled by Kings.
Most ironic about the despotic Muslim states supported and financed by the Americans is that the only 2 Muslim nations that have held free and fair elections, Iran and Lebanon, have suffered the full rage and anger of the United States and its allies.
Fears for the American people are further raised in these reports due the United States Militaries preparing to open their vast concentration camps in the American Southwest regions, and which reports from America show the preparations being made for the American, British and Germany troops being raised to guard these camps:
"The Pentagon has awarded nearly $1 million to the city of El Paso to help prepare for the arrival of thousands of new troops at Fort Bliss. Democratic Representative Silvestre Reyes, who heads the House Intelligence Committee, announced the grant Monday.
The money from the Defense Department's Office of Economic Adjustment will help pay for housing, utilities, education, public safety, health and social services. The award comes as Congress is fighting a Thursday deadline to pass a spending bill to keep the federal government operating.
The bill has been under debate amid Republican complaints that the legislation doesn't include enough money for Base Closing and Realignment work this year. The bill provides $2.5 billion for that work, but some Republicans want more. Fort Bliss is due to receive 20,000 troops, plus family members, over several years."
As President Putin has urged the American War Leaders 'not to pose as Lord God', he has also reminded the Russian people that "Russia's religion and nuclear weapons are equally important for the national security".
It is with much sadness that we have to report today that the American War Leaders are not heeding the warnings of President Putin, and in not doing so are plunging our entire World towards the abyss.

Combating Fear with Prayer

Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. James 5:16
Fear attacks everyone. It is Satan's way of tormenting us and preventing us from going forward so we cannot enjoy the life Jesus died to give us.
Fears are not realities, they are False Evidence Appearing Real. But if we accept the fears that Satan offers and give voice to them, we open the door for the enemy and close the door to God.
Faith is released through prayer, which makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working.
Satan seeks to weaken us through fear, but God strengthens us as we fellowship with Him in prayer. The Bible teaches us to watch and pray. (Matthew 26:41) I believe the major reference in this passage is to watching ourselves and the attacks that the enemy launches against our minds and emotions. When these attacks are detected, we should pray immediately. We may think the attack will go away but we must remember that it is when we pray that power is released against the enemy--not when we think about praying later.
Pray about everything and fear nothing. I believe you will find this decision to be one that will produce more joy and peace for your everyday living.
When fear knocks at the door, let faith answer.
